WHAT: 14th Annual Art on the Ave.
WHERE: 6th. Ave from Trafton St. to Cedar St., Tacoma
WHEN: Application deadline, June 15, 2012; street fair, July 15, 2012 (event time pending)

Are you a local Tacoma artist with art to sell? If you are, Art on the Ave. 2012 is the place for you. Art on the Ave. is Tacoma’s second-largest, single-day festival. A vendor booth on 6th Ave. can give your art work exposure to hundreds of potential customers. Fees are low and the potential to make the 14th Annual Art on the Ave. our best event yet is high!  Application deadline is June 15; sign up before May 15 for a reduced rate. • Art Vendors $125 + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee (all fees non-refundable)
• Non-profits $75 + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee (all fees non-refundable)
• Food Vendors $275 + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee (all fees non-refundable)
• 6th Ave Business District Member (20% Discount) + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee

Fees after May 15th:

  • Art Vendors $150 + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee (all fees non-refundable)
  • Non-profits $100 + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee (all fees non-refundable)
  • Food Vendors $300 + $5 City of Tacoma vendor fee (all fees non-refundable)

Vendor information:

  • Booth space is 12’ x 12’, you must provide your own tent and all supplies needed.
  • Set-up is 8:30 am-10:30 am; vehicles are required to be off the street by 10 am.
  • Tear-down starts at 5 pm; street re-opens to traffic at 7 pm.
  • No alcoholic beverages, loud music in the booths. We reserve the right to remove disruptive vendors.
  • All vendors are required to report their total sales on the exit interview. No percentage is taken; this information is used to help evaluate the success of the event.
  • Payments: Please include your check or money order with application written out to 6th Ave. Businesses District.
  • Food vendors – access to electricity is not guaranteed.
  • ADA compatible cord/cable covers required for all foot traffic areas. Vendors must provide any required materials and are mandated to abide by all ADA requirements.
