Submit your arts activity for inclusion in the 2011 Art at Work: Tacoma Arts Month activity brochure!
The Tacoma Arts Commission is looking for arts activities that are happening this November. We want to encourage the public to attend as many arts events around town as they can find – including yours! What’s more, we want a variety of activities spanning all categories of art including music, visual art, literary art, dance, theater, and film, or others!
If you will be hosting an exhibition, performance, class, workshop, reception, lecture, tour, presentation, or any other programming, let us know. We’ll list your arts event in the Art at Work brochure for free! 15,000 copies of this brochure are distributed throughout the region, so you’ll get a lot of coverage. We’ll also be promoting the activities and Tacoma Arts Month through other means – like our website, www.ArtatWorkTacoma.com.
Sound like a good deal? The deadline for submissions is August 15, 2011. To qualify, your arts activity must be located within the City of Tacoma limits and occur during the month of November.
